Meet Our LEAD Preachers
Rev. Reginald W. Sharpe, Jr.
Associate Pastor - Fellowship MB Church - Chicago, IL
The Reverend Reginald Wayne Sharpe Jr., serves as Associate Pastor of the Fellowship Missionary Baptist Church in Chicago, Illinois, led by Pastor Charles Jenkins.
Sharpe earned a Bachelor of Arts degree in Religion from Morehouse College in Atlanta, Georgia (2013), a Master of Theological Studies degree from Vanderbilt University Divinity School in Nashville, Tennessee (2016), and a Master of Theology degree from Candler School of Theology at Emory University in Atlanta, Georgia (2018). Sharpe is one of the proud charter members of the Academy of Young Preachers and was one of the youngest inducted into The Martin Luther King Jr. Board of Preachers at Morehouse College in 2018. Sharpe taught as an Adjunct Professor in the Religion and Philosophy Department at Morehouse College. Among his many distinctions, he is a member of the Alpha Phi Alpha Fraternity, Incorporated.
Rev. Dr. Brianna K. Parker

Rev. Dr. Brianna K. Parker – known as Rev. Bri – is a highly sought-after preacher, public speaker, millennial engagement coach and ministry consultant. She is the curator and founder of the Black Millennial Café (BMC), a consulting practice and data resource center for persons seeking healthy engagement with Black millennials and faith.

Through the Black Millennial Café, Rev. Bri has developed a suite of services to improve outreach to millennials. She lectures and presents empirical data on Black millennials and faith nationwide. BMC resources include a young adult ministry revitalization kit, a millennial bible study series, on-demand training curriculums, coaching and other customized programming for churches and organizations. The lessons from her research and experience as a millennial and millennial expert have been used to create her digital Bible study curriculum for young adults titled, “Open Table: Where Everyone Gets a Seat” and has been culled into a book, “What Google Can’t Give.”
Rev. Matthew L. Watley
Senior Pastor - Kingdom Fellowship AME Church - Silver Springs, MD

The Reverend Matthew Lawrence Watley has committed his life to developing disciples of Jesus Christ and building the Kingdom of God on earth as it is in heaven.
Rev. Watley is also the founder of an independent ministry, Power Lunch, a nondenominational lunch-time worship service in downtown District of Columbia, held in movie theaters and office parks. It has since grown to several cities around the country. PowerLunch DC celebrated its 17th Anniversary of bringing worship to the workplace on September 5, 2018. While serving Reid Temple and the marketplace, Rev. Watley has continued his commitment to leadership development. He holds an Executive Masters in Leadership from the McDonough School of Business of Georgetown University and Masters in Adult Education and Leadership from the Graduate School of Education from The George Washington University. He is currently a Doctoral Candidate at the Fuller Theological Seminary where he is focusing on Church Leadership.
Rev. Dominique A. Robinson

Rev. Dr. Dominique Ayesha Robinson, affectionately known as "Rev. D,” began her Christian walk under the leadership of her late, paternal grandmother, Della V. Smith, who founded and pastored Deliverance House of Prayer in Irvington, NJ. Dominique gave her life to Christ in November 1998 and launched her preaching ministry at age 13. In 2003, she transferred her membership to the African Methodist Episcopal Zion Church where she currently serves as an ordained itinerant Elder.
Rev. Robinson has earned a B.A. in Government and Psychology from Georgetown University, Master of Divinity and Master of Theology, both from Candler School of Theology of Emory University. She earned a Doctor of Ministry degree in Gospel and Culture from Columbia Theological Seminary in May 2017. Her dissertation, “iHomiletic: Preaching that Clicks,” focuses on effective methods of preaching using social media linguistics as a successful attempt to reconnect Black millennials to the Black Church.
